REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES OF SAGE AND IVY

Thank you for choosing SAGE AND IVY as your preferred brand. We sincerely appreciate your loyalty and support. Our primary goal is your satisfaction with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the opportunity to return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date.
 
We kindly ask for your understanding: if you opt to refuse the delivery of your shipment, you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and/or clearance fees on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to our EU warehouse. To simplify the process, these amounts will be deducted from the refund of your purchase. We value your cooperation and support.
The return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. In the case of a product defect, the delivery costs will be reimbursed by the brand.
 
Please note: made-to-order or custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
